Easier Ticket Attachments

We're introducing a couple of enhancements to Sirportly that should make working with attachments easier.

In addition to adding attachments to responses we're also introducing drag-and-drop file functionality on ticket updates. Simply drag one (or more) files onto your ticket update and they will be added as attachments. Of course, you can also use the "Attach" button if you prefer.

We've also improved our handling of larger files. When you add a file to your ticket it will immediately begin uploading that file to Sirportly, ready for when you click Send. This should mean less time to wait between clicking Send and your customer receiving their update.
